Return Process

  Ensure your fragrance is in its original, unopened packaging with the cellophane seal intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
